About the Role

Purpose of Position:

AGNORA is growing! We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service-focused individual to assist the sales Vice President in targeting and growing a broad range of clients in the building industry. From brands, to luxury window and door manufacturers, to architects, and glazing partners, AGNORA’s sales ecosystem is complex and varied. As a key member of the team and reporting to the VP of Sales, you will play a crucial role in streamlining sales processes and targeting new business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Learn to analyze our targeted customers by utilizing industry-specific and demographic research tools
  • Ensure the CRM system is accurate and up to date to deliver inbound leads, referral sources, and new prospects
  • Proactively optimize CRM for better data mining and rapid reporting
  • Documentation of CRM activities and usage to increase business from inbound sources while identifying and leveraging opportunities from existing growth customers. Liaise with the marketing team to unify communication and sales narratives
  • Work with the Sales Vice President to ensure the lead funnel remains full, supporting the successful development of new business
  • Create targeted warm leads for the sales team
  • Leverage the referral network to develop new business
  • Coordinate external sales opportunities
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the sales department
  • Suggest and implement solutions to enhance sales productivity
  • Sales reporting for regular business meetings
  • Sales funnel follow-up and communication with project managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A university degree or equivalent in business development, marketing, sales or related field is required
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, account management or sales is highly desired
  • Strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Extremely detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to interface directly with cross-functional internal teams
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
