Electrician Apprentice

About the Role
AGNORA is seeking a registered Electrical Apprentice to join our Maintenance team and support electrical work that keeps the production floor operating safely and reliably. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and long-term development toward becoming a licensed Industrial Electrician.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with troubleshooting and repair of electrical issues on production floor equipment
- Support preventative and corrective electrical maintenance activities
- Assist with electrical installations, upgrades, and improvements
- Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
- Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and all safety standards
- Work closely with licensed electricians and the Maintenance team
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Electrical Apprentice (any level considered)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Industrial or production environment experience (preferred)
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Safety-first mindset and interest in long-term growth
