About the Role
AGNORA is seeking a licensed Industrial Electrician to join our Maintenance team and ensure reliable, uninterrupted operations on the production floor. This role supports preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability in a fast-paced industrial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues on production floor equipment
- Perform preventative and corrective electrical maintenance
- Support electrical installations, upgrades, and system improvements
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
- Work with motors, drives, sensors, control panels, and automated equipment
- Follow lock-out/tag-out procedures and all safety standards
- Collaborate with Maintenance and Operations teams to support consistent production
What We’re Looking For
- Ontario 309A Electrician License
- Experience in an industrial or production environment (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Safety-first mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
