About the Role

The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in elevating AGNORA’s brand presence, driving creative production, managing digital channels, and supporting the company’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Producing over 30 long tail videos per year, numerous one-sheets, and advertising assets are the hard skills.  Managing press relations, community building and conference schedules are the soft skills.  If you’re the Swiss army knife of marketers, and a self-starter, we want to hear from you.

This role blends creative development, advertising execution, digital optimization, social engagement, and tradeshow support. The Specialist transforms strategy into action—producing high-quality brand assets, managing campaigns, and ensuring AGNORA’s story is communicated with clarity, precision, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & Brand Development

  • Produce collateral and branded materials including brand books, one-sheets, specialty one sheets, business cards, and ad creative through AGNORA’s brand assets and InDesign.
  • Perform video production, including preparation, editing support, and asset organization in Premiere Pro (bonus points if you have experience in after effects)
  • Maintain brand standards across all creative output.
  • Support photography, videography, and the development of creative assets.
  • Create short form (i.e. posts, reels) and long form (3+ minute videos) content that communicates AGNORA’s craftsmanship, culture, and project excellence.

Digital Marketing, Website & Technical Updates

  • Update AGNORA’s website and landing pages based on new product and market development
  • Conduct speed tests, optimizations, and UX improvements.
  • Support SEO optimization and general site health.
  • Assist with analytics reporting and digital tool management.

Advertising Management

  • Manage Google AdWords and LinkedIn advertising accounts.
  • Coordinate creative requirements, deadlines, and media placements.
  • Support social media advertising and performance tracking.
  • Maintain relationships with media partners and acquire publication media kits.

Social Media Engagement & Community Development

  • Engage with social communities and perform lead profiling.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and interactions across platforms.
  • Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
  • Contribute to analytics reporting and insights.

Tradeshow, Conference & Events Support

  • Coordinate design and production of tradeshow and conference materials.
  • Support planning and logistics for roughly 6 shows per year.
  • Ensure consistent branding and high-quality presentation across events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Dynamics, Google Analytics.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Strong creative instincts and storytelling ability.

How You’ll Work?

  • Works primarily with Marketing and Finance/Operations leadership, with some collaboration with Project Management.
  • Comfortable working from a defined marketing schedule.
  • Expected to arrive with required technical skills; software training is not provided.
  • Receives onboarding guidance with increasing independence over time.
