The Times Square Alliance maintenance program’s replacement of the stair’s treads and risers required improved traction and wear-durability features.

Glass fabricator AGNORA partnered with New York’s oldest glazier David Shuldiner Inc. Laminates were fabricated with a Walker Glass low iron, acid-etch walkable traction surface into heavy duty red backlit treads.

Risers have an enhanced offset, low iron, feature red laminate re-design to withstand the great numbers who travel from around the world to stand on this Times Square centerpiece.
