PERFECT ALIGNMENT

The QuikGlaze Pocket is unique in its self-centering design, an asset that ensures a perfect alignment for each pocket. Downstream, this translates into more accurate installations across the façade and less manipulation of lites during installation. No thermal bridges or metal caps ensure an energy efficient system.

DESIGNED FOR ALL TOGGLE SYSTEMS

The QuikGlaze Pocket system offers multiple fitting options, designed to fit any and all toggle systems available in the marketplace today.

Centred – The 1/4”H x 35/16”L x 1/2”D (6 x 85 x 12 mm) cavity is perfectly self-centered in the silicone on the edge of the IGU. This allows for compatibility with the following popular toggle systems:

• Schüco,
• RAICO
• VARIO (Saint-Gobain)

AGNORA Pockets fit 5/8” (16mm) and 3/4” (18mm) spacer widths.

Backlite – The 1/4”H x 31/4”L x 15/16”D (7 x 83 x 8mm) cavity is self-indexed to the rear glass on the edge of the IGU. This allows for compatibility with the popular toggle systems:

• Kawneer
• Reynaers’ VGG
• Skandinaviska / Skandglas

QuikGlaze Backlite Pockets fit 5/8” (16mm) spacer widths.

The QuikGlaze Pockets are typically spaced 153/4” (400mm) apart, but this can be altered depending on unit dimensions, weight, and wind load conditions.

USE EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE

Use existing components and use IGU edges to mechanically hold the glass to wood, steel, or aluminum structures. No costly internal donuts or cumbersome metal parts. The IGU integrity is maintained, and sight lines are kept to a minimum.
