Fabrication Details: 29 Insulated Glass Units up to 64” x 146” in size

TEMPERING

Tempered using Saint Gobain low E, thermal insulation glass combing solar control with thermal insulation properties and Pilkington Optiwhite, a low-iron extra clear float glass with very high light transmission for transparency and purity of color.

LAMINATING

Laminated with a clear PVB interlayer, this high-end retail storefront has the safest glass available, and will remain intact, transparent and functional even if broken.

DIGITALLY-PRINTED

Surface two of the exterior laminate was digitally printed multiple times with a white, cannage pattern. The digital printing process applies ceramic ink directly to the glass surface. After printing, the glass goes through our tempering oven; fusing the ceramic ink permanently into the surface of the glass. This results in powerful resistance to scratching, UV, and weather; ensuring long-lasting vivid colors. The printed glass can then be laminated or insulated.

AGNORA can digitally print up to a maximum size of 130″x300″, providing digital in-glass solutions that combine the durability of ceramic inks with the versatility of digital printing. Whether searching for functional solutions such as solar control or seeking leading-edge technology for artistically vibrant and creative visual displays, digital ceramic printing offers a field-proven solution for exterior and interior glass printing applications.
