AGNORA has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Small and Medium Employers (SMEs), an editorial competition that recognizes enterprises whom offer the nation’s best workplaces and forward-thinking human resources policies. New hires spend 3 months in a mentorship program to determine if they will become part of the team. This strategy encourages employees to align their needs and requirements and empowers them to choose the best-suited candidates.
Richard and Laura Wilson, who founded the company in 2011, have taken great strides to create a family-like atmosphere with the AGNORA team.
